I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience providing psychotherapy in various clinical settings. I earned my B.A in psychology from Fairfield University and my MSW from Smith College School for Social Work and have completed additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Western New England Institute for Psychoanalysis. I’ve also trained in using attachment-focused and mentalization- based approaches to therapy. My practice in New Haven, CT where I work across the lifespan primarily using a psychoanalytic, relational, and attachment-focused approach. I am a member of the NASW and the Connecticut Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology.
